Children Concerned is referring families interested in adopting from Liberia to Sherry Archer at Angel's Haven agency out of California. We have personally visited the orphanages that Angel's Haven works out of - they are above reproach and taking good care of the children. Sherry is wonderful to work with and is a very warm, personable and approachable person who has a heart for the children of Liberia. We are happy to be partnering with Angel's Haven to help families who wish to adopt.
